Employment: Full Time

KEO International Consultants is a highly ranked and award winning planning, architecture, engineering and project and construction management firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Responsible for organization and coordination of all commercial and technical documents. Provide system reports, maintain and update electronic information systems, distribute documents, ensure accuracy of all documentation and regulatory procedures and changes are followed.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Control project documentation as per companys procedures
- Set up distribution requirements, including timeframe
- Register the receipt of documents from both internal and external sources
- Transmit documents to internal and external parties for review and information
- Transmit the comments on documents back to originators
- Coordinate the Document Control cycle from start to finish
- Produce and issue document status reports
- Communicate requirements of the procedure to all project personnel to ensure compliance
- Ensure that all issued Project Deliverables are correct in accordance with document control procedures
- Maintain Project Deliverables filing & retention system for hard copy and electronic originals of all documentation

Other Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Assist other Projects and Department with queries on documentation requirements and submissions
- Loading of non-critical Project documentation onto relevant archiving systems
- Hand-over of Critical - Maintained documentation to the Engineering Document Controller
- Closing out existing projects
- Archive project at end of shelf life

Requirements

- Certified Microsoft Office User Specialist, knowledge and experience with database applications including adobe acrobat, Buzz saw and AutoCAD is an advantage
- A minimum of (5) years experience construction field, preferably in the region. Microsoft office applications.
