Sales Manager (Plastics Packaging) - Nigeria

Our client, a multinational company whose line of business is in providing complete project based solutions to the plastics, food, beverage, pharma, protein industry is currently seeking to recruit a Sales Manager to be based in Lagos-Nigeria. You will be reporting directly to the Country Manager Africa Region and handling their Plastics packaging division.

Responsible for complete Nigeria portfolio for Plastics Division.

Scope of Tasks:
- Responsible for Nigeria region sales activities with the respective Regional Directors and principals.
- Liaise with the after sales department of the principals and with local service organisations.
- Ensures compliance with contractual obligations.

Requirements

- 7-10 years of experience in sales and business development of plastic packaging/products in the Nigeria region.
- Product portfolio should include: Injection moulding machines, IML labels, extrusion machines, PET blow moulding machines, automation systems, Industrial/automotive/consumer blow moulding.
- Must have a degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering. MBA is preferable.
- Should have good negotiation, relationship management, business planning, customer relationship management and target setting and forecasting skills.
