Administration Executive - F&F - Muscat City Centre - Oman

In the role of Retail Store Administration Assistant in our Muscat City Centre Store, Oman, you will be responsible for processing accurately all administration related to cash flow and the admin for store.

You will report to the Store Manager and your daily responsibilities will include providing a high standard of service to the business with accurate data entry into the system and following all company procedures related to stock and administrative documentation. You will be responsible for all financial reports for the store, petty cash and managing the hours, overtime and payroll for employees.

Requirements

To be a successful Administration Assistant, you should have previous administration and finance experience in a retail environment, have excellent knowledge of MS Office with strong Excel skills, good analytical skills and attention to detail and knowledge of SAP would be a strong advantage.

You should have great communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. You must be fluent in English and Arabic is a strong advantage.

You must be happy working in shifts over a 5 day working week.
