Job description / Role
Our client, a leading International Engineering / Construction company, requires an Administration Manager / Officer to carry out functions within the main office whilst also acting as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director on occasion.
As an Administration manager / Officer you will be responsible for:
- Performing administrative and office support activities
- Fielding telephone calls
- Receiving and directing visitors
- Word Processing
- Creating spreadsheets and presentations
- Filing
- Preparing documents
Requirements
- At least 4-5 years working experience
- Have experience in the Engineering Sector, Civil, Infrastructure, Oil and Gas
- Good communication skills
- An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent Organisational skills
- Self-initiative
- Administration experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
