Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Follow up with Base maintenance and Purchasing Section on all day to day demands and also with concerned sections on outstanding requests
- Liaise with Planning-Production Sections for any pre load material requirements
- Check for all spares required for maintenance against shipments under customs clearance at odd hours and inform concerned on receipt from import - export section
- Ensure that all work areas used are maintained in good housekeeping order and the Company’s highest standards maintained
- Ensure that all documents raised in connection with their duties are completed in a clear and concise manner and where appropriate certified by the approved authorities
- Ensure all discrepancies noted and brought to the attention of higher authorities
- Ensure receiving of parts and materials in Quarantine Store and necessary actions are followed up
- Ensure all items packing and documentation for dispatch meet ATA specifications
- Liaise and cooperate with other sections and departments to ensure smooth running of Company’s operations and to close any pending issues related to Materials
- Photograph and damaged and incident materials
- Provision of parts for c-check and heavy duty maintenance packages
- Verify stock status of c-check parts and provide shortfall list to production
- Plan and Carry out stock check whenever required
- Arrange for spares required on AOG basis packed and hand over to Hangar supervisor for onward dispatch by HOC
- Carry out any other store job functions as and when assigned by Management

Requirements

- Fresh Bachelor Degree in a related discipline preferably in Materials management
- Or Two years college Diploma in the related field with 02 years of experience of technical /material handling experience in airline engineering / large scale automotive / technical industry
- Or Specialized certificate / license in the related filed with Secondary School and having 06 years of WY / Aviation experience in similar functions
