Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Ensure all assigned tasks are delivered in a timely manner as required by the business.
- Liaise with local ground handling agents (GHAs) and ensure smooth running of the operations and coordinate with Cargo Commercial departments to ensure a high-quality service provided by Oman Air Cargo for both import and export.
- Maintain close coordination CRM, Cargo Handler & Ground Handler to ensure maximum uplift of cargo and optimum utilization of aircraft capacity.
- Delivery of special products as per set procedures and product guidelines.
- Monitor key accounts to ensure highest levels of service delivery with minimal disruption to KA shipments.
- Report and document all discrepancies which have an impact on security, health & safety, revenue or the operation.
- Coordinate with RFS suppliers, interline partners to ensure cargo is uplifted as planned
- Coordinate with cargo handling agents for track and trace functions and update customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure offloaded recovery process is always followed and enforced.
- Administration of ULD logistic requirements and cargo stationary in coordination with the GHA.
- Ensure timely communication about issues with Cargo Customer Services & Cargo Revenue Management for quick resolution.

Requirements

- Two years college Diploma in a related discipline
- OR Secondary School certificate holder
