Job description / Role

KEO International Consultants is a highly ranked and award winning planning, architecture, engineering and project and construction management firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

This is an opportunity to join KEO in the role of Project Architect.

- Maintain proper and complete communication with the client's site discipline engineers on all project related issues
- Review, understand and implement on site the contract drawings and specifications
- Prepare project reports (written and photographic) on progress of the works, quality and technical conformance of the works, safety and other matters. Take daily photographs of the work and collate the photographic data into a report
- Supervise and implement on site the approved design in accordance with national and international codes of practice and established KEO project management policy and procedures manual
- Prepare and submit daily report
- Identify issues and risks that need to be brought to the attention of senior management
- Supervise and inspect the site works in progress (as and when directed by senior management) throughout the day and continually monitor all critical areas for quality, safety and progress

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- Member of RIBA and/or AIA
- LEED certification an advantage
