Job description / Role
Well Established Asphalt Business is looking to appoint a proven Project Manager to be based in Muscat – Oman . Reporting into the Country Manager you will be responsible for full P&L on site . You will have specialist Asphalting & Pavement experience of Runways , Roads , Highways . Ideally your career history will show at least 10-15 Years in a management capacity of handling a Major Project or Multiple projects where you have run & managed Asphalt & Civil Supervisors , Foreman & Survey Team (Engineers).
In a perfect world you will be fully capable of communicating in English & Arabic . Speaking Hindi / Urdu could be seen as an advantage . You will be capable of planning, coordinating & supervising everything from labour , plant & materials . Capable of delivering and managing everything from pre start / client meeting through to final account and handover .
Requirements
- Experience in the Middle East
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Posses Strong Communication Skills
