Job description / Role
Your strong technical and drafting skills combined with Banking & Finance experience at a City or major regional firm is required by a highly regarded international law firm for their Muscat office in Oman.
The role will provide you with an opportunity to join a top ranking Banking & Finance team with a history of working on landmark deals in the Sultanate across project and acquisition finance, Islamic financing, asset finance, syndicated financing and capital markets work.
Requirements
You will have prior experience working within the GCC region after obtaining either a western education or experience within a western Law Firm. You will bring with you:
- 3-4 years PQE
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Broad Banking & Finance background encompassing multiple areas from project finance, Islamic finance, asset finance and capital markets
- Arabic language skills will be beneficial but not essential
