Job description / Role
Our client, an international law firm, is currently seeking a Banking and Finance Lawyer to join their expanding team. The Banking and Finance department operates at the industry’s forefront, working with innovative finance products across the world.
Their global team of legal professionals offers extensive insight and experience in order to assist their clients to structure and document transactions which provide financing across diverse sectors and industries.
Requirements
- A strong academic background is mandatory.
- 1-4 years PQE. Western Qualified.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Highly structured and organised individual, with good attention to detail, accuracy and quality
- Able to interact positively at all levels within the firm and be a good team player
- Able to demonstrate good client/customer facing skills
