Job description / Role
Club Manager up to 1,460 OMR for a Leading Fitness Brand in Oman
• Responsible for a smooth day to day operation and functions of the club and, maintenance of the standards and formalities
• Train staff and ensure their understanding of work procedures and systems
• Achieve revenue target goal set by the management on a monthly basis
• Manage and handle all aspects related to of Health and Safety
Requirements
• Open to any nationality
• Male/Female, 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder in fitness science or any relevant certification/training
• With internationally recognized Group Fitness certification, CPR, AED or First Aid certification is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in the same role within the Fitness / Hospitality / Customer-oriented industry
• Work experience in any GCC country is an advantage
• With experience managing a team of 10-15 staff is a plus

• Ability to focus attention on guest’s needs and remaining calm and courteous always
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Can speak and write Arabic is preferred
• Can join immediately (max 1-month)
• Work location: Muscat, Oman
Salary is up to 1,460 OMR depending on experience and qualifications
