Commissioning Engineer (Mechanical)

Job description / Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Project control, Project Manager/Resident Construction Manager, as an experienced Commissioning Engineer (Mechanical) your knowledge in execute various project EPC activities concerning to Mechanical works, familiarity of all mechanical activities until completion and handover for projects will be required.

Responsibilities:
- Handle and support Project manager
- Knowledge and understanding of all mechanical activities to complete the EPC projects from bidding till completion and handover.
- Should have clarity of work from planning, supervising and ensure review of various engineering and construction deliverables.
- Need to have hands on experience in coordination with contractors, consultants, licensors and team.
- Knowledge of rotary and static machines
- Ensuring quality of the mechanical engineering deliverables, equipment during manufacturing / installation, testing, pre-commissioning & commissioning, piping fabrication/installation etc. including review of relevant procedures.
- Willingness to work from sites during execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning.

Requirements

- B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical
- 10+ years’ experience in EPC organization, preferably in Oil & Gas /Petrochemicals of which at least 4 years in a commissioning role.
