Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking to speak to Compensation & Benefit Managers to join our client's expanding team:

The Role:
- Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs.
- Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits with external consultants.
- Prepare occupational classifications and salary scale.
- Oversee competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure.
- Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments.
- Forecast budget for salary increases.
- Administer and manage employee insurance plans.
- Advise on salary increase requests.
- Research job and worker requirements, structural and functional relationships among jobs and occupations, and occupational trends.
- Ability to analyze business needs and recommend appropriate solutions in alignment with organizational and functional objectives and priorities that deliver ROI.
- Results oriented with the ability to successfully define, initiate, lead and/or manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, including overall oversight of project planning, execution and implementation.
- Designing, implementing and continuously managing compensation programs that align with business strategy, enabling the business to attract, retain and reward the workforce.
- Designing and developing competitive salary structures, pay ranges and benefit levels for all job grades in the Middle East Region to recruit and retain the best performers.
- Developing and implementing benefit packages in line with legal requirements
- Designing, evaluating and modifying benefits policies and appraisals to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements
- Developing and ensuring a comprehensive database of updated job descriptions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration or related fields
- Experience of 5 years or more in Benefits, Compensation
- Candidates from FMCG, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas are preferred
- Worked preferably on Hay Grades and salary scales model
Language & Computer Literacy
- English language ability essential.
- Advanced Computer literacy and Microsoft office.
- Working knowledge in SAP system
