Job description / Role
Exciting opportunity to work for a Developer on the construction of a five star hotel in Muscat. The successful candidate will work alongside a Senior PM and is responsible for ensuring all hotels are constructed in accordance to agreed plans and in line with cost, scheduling, quality & HSE standards through effective utilization of employees, consultants and contractors.
Requirements
- A degree in a relevant subject ie civil engineering, architecture
- A proven track record working with a developer or consultancy managing projects on behalf of the client
- MUST have worked on five star hotel developments previously
- Excellent communication skills and good eye for high quality finishes
