Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Reviewing and validating the compliance of every published crew pairing and every crew roster to the relevant company policies and AUTHORITY regulations [PACA-DGSAS].
- Managing, updating and validating the published crew roster’s
- Compliance to regulations and policies of the every published crew pairing and published crew rosters
- Assignment of crew members to each WY flight sector and other duties
- Validating and maintaining the correctness of every crew pairings and the crew rosters.
- Preparing, validating and issuing pre-departure documents and crew APIS reports.
- Participating in the development and maintenance of the internal processes and procedures in coordination with AMCC and-or MCPC.
- Coordinating with internal and external clients in acquiring and analyzing the required information, preparing and submitting the necessary reports
- Analyzing the flight schedule and aircraft rotation during the day of operation and the next day’s operation, preparing and-or modifying the required crew pairings, and coordinating necessary adjustments that will result to optimized crew pairings.
- Preparing and sending of reports, coordinating with responsible entities relative to the generated crew pairings, and during flight disruptions, managing the re-arrangements of hotel accommodation, layover allowance re-computation, and transportation booking and confirmation (air, sea or land).
- Analyzing and calibrating the standby coverage to an appropriate level based on the flight schedules and available manpower.
- Updating and maintaining the data stored in the crew management system when new information is received; e.g. crew database, hotel information, crew qualification and documentations
- Updating the crew roster as required due to various valid and acceptable reasons; e.g.
- Training requirements; i.e. ground, simulator, line
- Unplanned absences approved by their respective section heads
- Unplanned leave days approved by their respective section heads
- Flight disruptions; e.g. delay, cancellation, diversion, etc.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

Fresh Bachelor degree in a related discipline Or Fresh Two years College Diploma in related discipline OR Specialized certificate / license in the related field with Secondary School and having 4 years of WY experience in the related filed Special Skills & Knowledge Proficient in English (Spoken & Written) Proficient in MS Office with Intermediate experience, minimum 1 year of using Crew Management System and productivity tools High degree of resource planning skills; e.g. short medium term
