Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

You will be responsible of resolving all the incoming BMC TTs to ensure over all smooth operation of the related systems, monitoring the performance of the applications and take appropriate action if any performance degradation, liaising extensively with end/ business users of any common issues related to the applications, analysing new requirement of existing applications and share it with the stake holders, reviewing and analysing all system change requests, translating business user requirements into highly specified project briefs, identifying options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability, producing outline designs, specifying the operations the system will perform, and the way data will be viewed by the user using interactive mock up UI, producing a detailed technical package from a specification document, developing functional specifications as required by the scope of the project, documenting user manuals for the new requirements, agreeing use cases and test scenarios for execution by the UAT team, working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility of the new projects and user satisfaction, pproviding training to users of the new/ current system, following up vendors with regards any related projects assigned to the vendors.

Requirements

You should have a minimum of 4 years analysis experience as an application/ systems analyst, proven experience in analysing business process issues and translate those problems into a computerised process, proven ability in solution development, knowledge in programming either in Oracle or Microsoft technologies, knowledge in code analysis or support maintenance of legacy applications, knowledge of programmatically interfacing with relational databases like SQL Server, problem analysis and resolution based on QA or customer reported issues, experience as a solution architect is a plus, knowledge and experience of HP ALM is a must, MS Office proficiency with bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field required.
