Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Develop and implement roadmaps of the annual Consumer Product and Service Roadmaps and maintain this on a monthly and quarterly basis. Campaign Management: Plan and develop bespoke ATL and BTL campaigns to achieve the expected impact/ forecast in revenue and marketshare fully utilising the channel mix available. Manage the Creative Agency effectively to achieve timely and quality concepts, artworks and activations as per the roadmap and drive a culture of responsiveness, accountability and service management within the team. Manage the communications across the full channel mix ensuring adaptation of message, style and visuals for maximum impact and effectiveness. (outdoor, press, radio, TV, online etc). Analyse findings of the Brand Health Tracker and plan and implement initiatives to improve results each quarter.

Requirements

You should have 8- 10 years of Brand Management / Marketing, at least 7 years in a MarComms related function. Direct agency experience desirable, otherwise extensive in-house experience. Demonstrated track record of people management. Experience in:
