Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Leadership on corporate performance management including managing, overviewing and reporting on the corporate plans to the relevant stakeholders, as well as providing insightful accompanying performance metrics and explanatory guidance and context where appropriate. In addition to managing the quality and delivery of the external reporting. It is also responsible to discuss outcomes with relevant teams to ensure clarity of performance, variance explanation and corrective action plans developed and implemented.

Corporate Performance
• Defines and manage the tracking of corporate level KPIs for monitoring purposes
• Manage the development & enhancement of corporate level performance management existing and new dashboards
• Ensure performance management and reporting capabilities development for all strategic projects
• Manage and align to provide / deliver reporting of the PIRs (Post implementation reviews) for all strategic projects
• Manage the development and implementation of a process to track long term “early warning signals” based on plans and achievements for emerging opportunities and / or threats

External Reporting
• Manage the corporate reporting to all external bodies based on their requirements
• Ensure alignment within all departmental reporting for external bodies
• Ensure alignment between compiled reports and financials
• Ensure timely and high quality in all group reporting dashboard and requirements

Leadership
• Lead, manage, coach and develop the team to ensure the highest level of performance across the department
• Ensure that all team members have annual performance contracts and development plans in place
• Provide meaningful and relevant feedback to team members enabling them to learn and develop
• Delegates effectively to the team to drive up capability and knowledge and to provide opportunity for growth

Requirements

• University Degree, BC in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
• 8 years total experience at least 6 of which must be within strategy / financial analysis role, performance management, or planning, preferably in telecoms or technology industry
• In depth knowledge of trends analysis
• Must have expertise in developing dashboards
• In depth capability of analytics
• Strong business and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• General understanding of financial and cost accounting practices
• MS Office proficiency
• Fluent in written and spoken English – Arabic a plus
