Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Manage the digital footprint (covering areas from web presence over social media, self care machines, ATMs, email, SMS, etc, ) as a key element of improving the Customer Experience and increase revenue potential, while at the same time reducing OPEX and increase agility.

To monitor the performance of digital sales channels and to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and consistent experience across all digital channels.

Requirements

- Good knowledge of retail telecommunications domain
- Thorough experience in digital channels, preferable within the telecommunication domain
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good marketing management skills
- Regional and/or Omani market knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Field.
- A minimum of 6 years experience in Sales domain with at least 3 years experience in a managerial position.
