Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Boosting the digital footprint for customer interaction, covering areas from web presence over social media, self care machines, ATM’s, email, SMS etc, with a purpose to improve Customer Experience and increase revenue potential, while at the same time reduce OPEX and increase agility.

Requirements

- Provide inputs in relation to design and requirements of current and future digital channels
- Assist development of end-to-end digital channel strategy, including long term roadmap, objectives and implementation plan
- Oversee / support /design testing, troubleshooting, professional installation and DIY (self-install) methods and procedures
- Review market and technology trends with regards to digital channels
- Coordinate with direct and indirect sales with regards to usage of digital channels across their platforms and outlets
- Assist GM Consumer Sales in rectifying customer issues, such as Customer Complain, Billing issues , Technical issues, Hand set Defects
- Facilitate the finalizing on monthly Finance accrual reports from all Consumer Sales units in order to Record proper accounting pending to ensure payments are made on time
- Monitor daily BPM cash collection reports from outlets and take actions accordingly , to insure cash removed & cash Collected by Bank
- Act as Sales Marketing coordinator to finalize POS material requirements for all Consumer Sales units
- Ensure document collection, recording and delivery process is being followed by all channels to insure All Document Scanned Until archived
