Charterhouse is working with a highly recognised and growing hotel operator that has an all-inclusive 5* luxury property located in Oman. The property’s business is predominantly European, specifically Italian and German. Our client is looking to hire a Director of Food & Beverage to assist the current Executive Assistant Manager, Food & Beverage.

Requirements

The successful candidate should preferably have a similar background within an all-inclusive resort. You should have excellent leadership and relationship building skills with the ability to prioritise and make effective decisions. Due to the nature of the business, our client has stated a preference for a European national for the role, however candidates having relevant experience who are fluent in Italian and German will also be considered.
