Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Ensure statutory requirements are identified and met.
- Contribute to the overall smooth functioning of The Shareholder office and its activities.
- Maintain and develop systems, procedures and records in line with the organization’s policies and objectives.
- Ensure necessary records are maintained that can readily provide current, accurate and accessible information.
- Work within the framework of The company corporate plan as directed by the Shareholder.
- Support the Shareholder in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, budgets and related activities in servicing and developing contracts and relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Support the Shareholder in the preparation of all documentation required for key decision making as required.
- Take dictations from the Shareholder on various communications and present them as reports.
- Assist the Shareholder in day-to-day personal affairs.
- Under the guidance of the Shareholder, ensure The company's corporate methods for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the Shareholders, strategic initiatives and the impact are applied.

Requirements

Preference: Any nationality, excluding Omani & Filipina

Qualification & Experience: Minimum Graduate in any discipline with at least 7-10 years of similar experience and good knowledge of Computers (Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.). Should also have fluent communication skills in English.
