Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Monitoring of Inventory and create reports to show monthly non-moving-slow moving and surplus as required.
- Review of AMOS consumption reports versus budget and provide analysis.
- Monitor Shelf life expiry items and provide analysis for future procurement
- Assist material planning including RSPL and re-order levels.
- Analysis of freight spend and provide monthly reports.
- Review order criticality, reorder levels, nil stocks, analyze trends and provide monthly reports.
- Projects as required and other jobs as allocated to assist the business.
- Job holder will be given suitable KPI’s to report to. (Inventory reduction, re-order levels in place, reduction in critical orders, reduction in shelf life scrappage, reports, freight efficiency)

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in a related discipline preferably in business studies in store or inventory Management having 8 years of relevant experience in technical Procurement related to Aircraft spare parts.
- Master degree in the related discipline will be advantage.
