Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

You will be responsible of preparing periodical services & network quality KPI’s reports related to performance analysis/recommendation from E2E perspective, defining service KPIs dash board for the management and ensure the proper analysis takes place as when required.

Establishing guidelines for the network and services quality management and defines all relevant performance indicators and ensure their effective implementation, facilitating technical requests related to the KPIs and E2E services, ensuring the right transformation from network monitoring to service monitoring, involving and providing the technical experience to enable right implementation of SQM (Service Quality Monitoring) & CEM solution (Customer Experience Management).

Utilising the tools (e.g. Netscout, Nexus and SIGOS) to have E2E full visibilities and to generate the appropriate reports related to service performance and subscriber QoE, highlighting the cost for outages and promotions from service point of view using the appropriate monitoring tools, troubleshooting service degradation and find out the RCA.

Ensuring the tools renewal/ upgrade or the support should be done on time with no impact on the services provided, coaching the juniors engineers to raise their technical competences, formalising technical training plans for the engineers.

Supporting the organization’s business objectives and long term strategy through analysing the information gathered in the monitoring tools to update and highlight any change in network or service performance (CS, PS, VAS, RAN, WiMax & PSTN) to planning/operation and other teams, based on analytics, recommend to marketing what may be required to increase company’s profit based on customer’s behaviours.

Preparing/reviewing the technical specifications for existing and new tools, ensuring that main procedures are documented and implemented, preparing processes & procedures involved in interface, functional elements, b/w control centre & technical groups with operational target & deliveries, participating in project teams to address problems that are having an immediate and negative impact on the organization.

Requirements

You should have a minimum of 6 Years of Experience in telecom industry with good knowledge in different tools for End to End, good background in Mobile and Fixed technologies and related topologies and interfaces, advanced knowledge of latest technologies and trends in Telecommunications industry, a strong understanding of mobile industry trends and services Business sense to make cost vs technology trade-offs with a bachelor degree in engineering/ Telecommunications/ IT or related fields.
