Filing Clerk - HR Shared Services - Al-Futtaim - Muscat, Oman

The position will develop a system for identifying and logging incoming and outgoing office documents with proper labelling to ensure that all documents are properly filed and tagged. The position will also perform clerical office duties such as typing, operating facsimile and photocopying machines, sorting mail and distributing to appropriate office staff. Finding and retrieving files in response to requests from authorized office staff and ensuring that all retrieved paper files are returned where they belong will be a key responsibility.

This role demands exposure to highly sensitive information and involvement with superior contacts requiring considerable use of discretion, tact, diplomacy, and judgment.

Requirements

You should possess a minimum secondary level of education and should have at least a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administration/clerical role in a medium to large-sized organisation.

You should possess excellent written and oral communication skills (Arabic & English), including an ability to provide effective and appropriate advice and information to a variety of people and to use discretion with confidential information.
