Employment: Full Time

Head of Digital Enablement - eShop and Digital Life (Omani, GCC National)

You will be responsible of reviewing and analysing in particular in 2 main areas (starting 2015), Online shopping (e and mCommerce). How to comprehensively move transactions from ‘physical’ to ‘online’ eLife , analysising of how consumer behaviour is moving on line and the development and implementation of a strategy which ensures we are operating in this space, alignment with key stakeholders, achieving management buy in to the strategy.

Implementing of the agreed strategy, contributing to the overall yearly Digital Marketing plan, delivering the revenue targets for Digital and New Business, design, creation, development and marketing of new products which act on opportunities highlighted as part of opportunity assessments and agreed cross functionally as part of the overall NPD process, modifying existing products and services to ensure they remain relevant to customers requirements during its lifetime (Product Lifecycle Management).

Retiring products when they reach the end of their relevant lifetime, identify project obstacles (risks, issues and changes in scope) and supporting resolution / creation of mitigation plans, reporting on escalations and obstacles to management as part of the PMO, Leading the Digital Life Steering Committee, preparing project dashboard to management, developing ad-hoc project assessments and reviews and resenting progress reports to management

Requirements

You should have 10 years overall working experience preferably in telecommunications or social media, 5 years experience in a product management position, 5 year experience of managing vendor relationships, significant knowledge of product development and life-cycle management, track record of defining successful strategic visions based upon competitive analysis.
