Job description / Role
- Plane , develop and implement the property policy in all the areas
- Ensure guest receive professional ,efficient and high standard treatment in all hotel area .
- Ensure training and developing hotel staff
- Act as hotel public relation
- Ensure hotel supply kept in stock
- Prepare daily , weekly and monthly report
- Solve any issue that may occur in the property
- Utilising all the staff to accomplish high standard
- Strong and cooperative relationship with staff
- Minimise the cost and increase revenue .
- Daily room , public area , kitchen , activity centre and kitchen inspection .
- Respond to all guest and staff emergency .
Requirements
- Hotel background minimum six years and worked as hotel manager .
- Hotel management degree
- Excellent english written and spoken
- Outgoing person with strong personality
- Able to handel pressure and solution B is always there .
- Male aged between 32 to 45 years old
