Job description / Role
- Handle the full reservation system as per SOP
- Contacting direct Client and tour operators
- Enhance the sales and room occupancy
- Market the property and open new Chanel and source
- Create packages and products based on season
Requirements
- Experience not less than 3 years in reservation desk
- A valid certifcat
- Well spoken English
- Energetic and deal with problems and pressure
- Knowledge with reservation softwares and experienced in computer skills
- Using photoshop will be big plus
