Job description / Role
Administration:
• Contract Employees time sheets processing. Payroll preparation.
• Preparation of salary reports for the Account dpt. Asset management.
• Employee Exit/Transfer process management in system. Monthly MIS preparation.
Recruitment/HR:
• HR policies preparation
• End to End recruitment of Expatriates.
• Scrutiny of profiles & Coordination for feedback. Relationship management with Recruiters.
• Arrange Interviews (Face to Face, Telephonic and Video Conference). Communicating Feedback to candidates.
• Salary negotiation with selected candidates up to Middle Management level. Offer Management, Pre-Joining formalities & On-boarding Function.
• GAMCA Medical & Educational Certificate attestation coordination.
• Visa Management (Coordination for clearance with PROs & Processing of new Visa) Arranging travel ticket, pickup & accommodation.
• Accountable for timely completion of pre-joining formalities.
• Complete pre on-boarding management with objective to get the candidate formally and smoothly inducted in the Organization.
• Regular follow up with all the offered candidates and broadcast of Pipeline Report to Managers.
• Prepare MIS reports related to Hiring (new hires, internal mobility and pipeline joinees).
• Sharing Recruitment Progress Reports with managers on a timeline basis. HR filing record management
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor degree Law / Economic / Business or above (mandatory).
• Experience: 5 + Years possibly in Oman, (familiar with local laws and government policies).
• IT skills: Deep Knowledge of MS Office tools: Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Knowledge of ERP systems such as MS Dynamics or SAP.
• Certification: Relevant HR certifications.
• Languages: English (fluent written and spoken) is mandatory.
• General: The candidate shall have a good level of flexibility and shall be independent in taking decision according with the Management instructions.
