Job description / Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• Provide consultancy to all employees regarding HR systems, policies and processes
• Provides advice and takes necessary actions for issues related with Labor Law
• Prepare monthly HR reports
• Follow-up employee leaves of absences, and track records
• Responsible for payroll activities
• Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Social Sciences
• Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience, HR Partner/HR Generalist experience
• Experience in local Human Resources practices
• Good knowledge of local employment / labor law
• Professional knowledge of MS Office applications
• Willingness to take on a high level of responsibility in a fast-paced working environment
• Trustworthiness, open-minded, and flexible, eager to learn, innovative and creative
• Self motivated, able to multitask and result oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
