Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This opportunity is with a large company with a strong presence across the Middle East.

As an HR Executive you would be responsible to support the Human Resource manager across functional areas and driving organizational development.

You would be responsible for managing and delivering a full range of human resource operations for Oman.

Maintain HR databases and manual fling systems, propose the HR Policies and procedures, career management, training and development and supervise the payroll administration. You would be responsible for supporting Talent Acquisition, HR Policies and procedures, Training & Development Programs, and Compensation and Benefits. Work closely with the senior management team across the group. You would also be responsible to prepare HR reports and presentations.

Requirements

To be successful you would ideally possess 3- 6 years of HR experience.

Excellent command over written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic and other international languages will be a strong advantage.

Graduate with a Master’s degree in business management or human resources would be preferred.
