Job description / Role
One of the largest FMCG organizations in the region is seeking and progression HR Professional. They are looking for an active and dynamic Omani national that is looking for their next step up in HR
Recruitment & resourcing:
- Talent management strategies
- Working with hiring managers to create job briefs
- Reviewing suitable applications
L&D initiatives:
- Developing and championing leadership development programs
Operational effectiveness:
- Working with wider group HR to align business area operational planning and business objectives
Management:
- Will sit on the management board
- Management & development of existing HR Coordinator
- Reporting to Regional HR Manager
Performance management
- Developing performance development initiatives
- Administration of annual appraisal processes
- Salary reviews & increases
Compensation & benefits
HR services to business unit
Requirements
The successful candidate should have 3 to 4 years experience within HR, ideally with exposure to a multinational environment.
The role is ideal for those who are looking for a step up in to a managerial role with more autonomy.
Must be an Omani National.
