Job description / Role
One of the largest names in the FMCG organizations is seeking an experienced and energetic Human Resources Manager to join their team in Oman.
Job description:
- Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services
- Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude
- toward Company goals
- Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relation
- issues.
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, and
- compliance within the organization.
- Administers benefits programs such as health insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance
Requirements
- BSc / BA with expertise in HRM
- 3-5 years of experience within HR
- Must have deep knowledge of local labour laws and regulations and in depth experience in employee relations.
- Knowledge of human behavior and performance.
- Must be an Omani National.
