Job description / Role
HR Officer up to 1k Omr for a Retail and Distribution Company in Muscat, Oman
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Screening resumes and performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Administering appropriate company assessments
• Performing reference and background checks
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Completing timely reports on employment activity
Requirements
• POSITION: HR Officer
• SALARY: up to 1,000 OMR depending on qualifications and experience
• HIRING COMPANY: Retail and Distribution Company
• WORK LOCATION: Muscat, Oman
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to OMANI nationality
• Male/Female, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or any related certification
• At least 3 years of work experience in recruitment
• Familiar with Applicant Tracking System and resume databases
• Excellent in both verbal and written communication skills
• Strong background in full cycle recruitment dealing with top management to rank and file positions
• Advance knowledge in sourcing top-notch candidates
• Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
