Job description / Role
Large manufacturing firm is looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join their business in Oman. The role would involve providing support to HR Manager in driving organisational changes in order to best support strategic orientations and performance plans.
Requirements
* Min Bachelor degree in Human Resources
* 4+ years of solid HR experience
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent Leadership
* Good command of English/Arabic
* Must have experience in working for FMCG/Manufacturing organisations
* MNC experience would be an advantage
* Experience in Employee data management
* Payroll & administration
* Monthly HR reports (overtime/attendance)
* Recruitment
* Operations support
* Learning & Development
