Job description / Role
Purpose: To manage an existing portfolio of real estate assets, and underwrite and assist in closing real estate investment opportunities in Oman and GCC (UAE & KSA) and other investment targets identified by the firm and monitor and manage the performance of real estate portfolios.
Role And Responsibilities:
- Manage existing portfolio assets
- Proforma analysis
- Financial structuring
- Market analysis and assessment
- Build PPT presentations and excel models
- Structuring and underwriting of real estate transactions and funds and negotiation with counterparties until closing
- Due diligence on real estate pipeline opportunities, including financial, tax, valuation, physical assessment, market analysis, legal etc
- Asset management of existing assets, including portfolio management, performance optimization
- Discussion with lenders and review and analysis of bank covenants
- Management of third parties
- Participate in investor reporting and communications
Requirements
- Bachelor in either business / finance / real estate / engineering / accounting
- Masters in finance/MBA preferred
- 5 years + of prior work of relevant experience in real estate investments/private equity/asset management/financial sector
