Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Design, develop and implement a highly interactive leadership development program for current and emerging leaders.
- Establish a mentor program and identify on-the-job development activities in support of leadership development and emerging leaders programs.
- Leader Development effectiveness monitoring, analysis and reporting service that supports long-term succession planning and senior leader decision making
- Development Procedures effectiveness monitoring, analysis and reporting service.
- Analytical and administrative support for the Performance and Development Services team
- Ensure appropriate, timely and relevant information is available to the Talent Board (TB) members to discharge their responsibilities
- Guide leadership specialists on drafting the TBs minutes of the meetings and forwarding to the Talent Board for review
- Proactively develop collaborative relationships with Talent Boards, HR and key business leaders to understand business needs and identify development gaps.
- Partner with Talent Boards to identify high potential employees and integrate talent reviews and succession planning processes into an emerging leaders program.
- Prepare and support the Talent Board’s establishment of, and review of, the company’s Talent Management policies, practices and processes
- Implement coaching skills and tools to enhance emotional intelligence across management and leadership/executive population (LCP, assessments, 360 feedback, etc.).

Requirements

- University degree or extensive experience in people performance and leader development
- Combined education in business, the sciences and or organization behaviour is a definite advantage

Technical and Business
- 6 years relevant experience in applied development fields (line experience is a definite advantage)
- Time Management
- Analytical skills.
- Planning skills
- Attention to details
- High level of proficiency in word processing, graphics and spreadsheet software (MS Office).

Leadership and Interpersonal
- Demonstrated ability to align, motivate and develop people (without authority)
- Demonstrated non-authoritative ability to influence peers and senior managers
- Proven effectiveness in roles requiring complex stakeholder engagement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer service orientation
- Strong self-awareness of personal strengths, development needs and impact on others

Language
- English (fluent) required, Arabic is advantageous
