Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Experience required
- Must have at-least 9 years of post-qualification experience, at least 5 years of working experience in a corporate legal environment
- Should have strong working experience within GCC region
- Proven international corporate, commercial and M&A experience
- Prior in-house legal experience preferred, but not essential
- Training at a top international law firm

Requirements

First class knowledge of the law

- Organized, Presentation Skills, Result-Oriented and Articulate
- Ability to work under pressure
- Bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred, but not essential
- Experienced at drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with minimal supervision
- Ability to think critically and provide clear, well-reasoned, practical and timely advice
- Self-motivated and exhibiting passion for understanding the business and contributing in a meaningful way to its long-term strategic goals
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels
- Team player with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, work environment
