Job description / Role
- Commissioning, integrating, System verification & acceptance for Ericsson RBS family of eNB
- Define and/or correct data transcript files, necessary to configure/update/add/delete network elements
- Secure that the delivered nodes/ solution is properly implemented
- Verify the KPI’s for the new integrated or modified NE's
- Prepare acceptance test and handover to customer
- Deep understanding eNB parameters and features , configuration, fault and alarm management of eNB
- Develop and maintain RAN project competence, process, and documents for deployment
- Able to perform advance trouble shooting and independently resolve project issues
- Coordinate actions and investigation of technical Issues between Customer and sub contractors
- Provide support to customers for O&M of RAN Network elements including competence transfer
- Support staging of eNB for SW/ HW New Feature verification and validation
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors and preferably Masters Degree in Electronics and communication engineering from a reputed university.
- Excellent Analytical skills and good at using Tools and MS Office for report generations and presentation
- Excellent in creating scripts and tools for automation of eNB and parameters related activities
- Sound understanding of EURAN and signaling and call flows for LTE Network,
- 5+ years experience in RAN deployment, of which 2+ years hands on experience on eNB and EPC integration and acceptance testing on Ericsson LTE Nodes like eNodeB, MME, EPG etc.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Well versed with cellular network system architecture and elements including 3GPP standards and interfacing protocols
- Have undergone trainings and certifications on Ericsson eNB and EPC
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of IP transmission technologies and certification.
