Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As the Manager- Marketing Planning you will be responsible of developing and driving marketing strategies and annual marketing plans in order to achieve growth and market share objectives in B2B; to manage, coordinate and evaluate long, medium and short-term marketing programs and budgets, leading the development of B2B segment focused marketing AOP and associated marketing KPIs, to provide support in achievement of B2B strategic and business plans.

You will be responsible of developing and managing B2B segment based annual operating plan model and forecasts of B2B (Mobile & Fixed), providing finance with all inputs required for the AOP, forecasts from commercial & B2B marketing KPIs, providing B2B marketing inputs to group commercial planning process/ cycle, liaising with B2B performance management, review reports, identify trends and forecast future development and defending market and customer assumptions internally.

Responsibilities shall also include the following:
- Developing and owning B2B long term strategic plan.
- Developing and owning B2B annual marketing plan.
- Supporting Segment team in proposition development and GTM by providing market insight.
- Supporting pricing team by validating market and customer related assumptions.
- Supporting bid management in validating market and customer assumptions.
- Identifying core KPIs for marketing, commercial and finance reporting.
- Owning and developing B2B consolidated OpEx plan and manage variance.
- Developing and reviewing omani business market forecasts for market size and revenues.
- Managing periodic updates to the market sizing document.
- Acting as an effective team member of the Planning and Insight team.
- Covering for Department Head B2B Planning and Insight during their absence.

Requirements

You should a Bachelor Degree in business or similar field with 6 years working experience in planning preferably in telecom.

Skills Required:
- Strong business and analytical skills.
- Business Planning & Monitoring.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel.
- General understanding of financial and cost accounting practices.
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written).
