Managing Director - Family/Polyclinic

Job description / Role

A family/polyclinic under new ownership is seeking a practicing Managing Director to lead the center in Muscat.

The candidates should be licensed practitioners in the Sultanate of Oman and have prior experience in excess of five (5) years and possess good knowledge of the market in Oman.

Requirements

- Practicing GP or specialized medical discipline
- The experience to manage a team
- Manage the relationships with suppliers and customers
- Steer the clinic in the vision of the board
- International qualifications are preferred
- The ability to manage different segments of the medical business (The practice previously emphasized on dental and operates a dental laboratory with the intention of diversifying to different segments of the medical business.)
- Candidate should be ready to work under the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Health in Oman
