Marketing and BD Officer - Oman

An established, international consultancy firm is seeking a Marketing and BD officer to join the team in Oman, Jordan. Reporting to the Managing Partner, this individual will be responsible for building incisive business development initiatives, identifying potential marketing segments and building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Supporting the Managing Partner with client assignments.
* Managing the internal communications programme and embedding this in the business to promote both local and international elements
* Supporting with external communications and the brand strategy
* Supporting with proposals, presentations and capability documents and rolled out the new proposal suite across the business
* Website content management to align with the brand guidelines
* Managing the digital social media strategy including the website and analysing the analytics on a monthly basis.
* Analysis of the Social Media Strategy and the use of LinkedIn across the business
* Managing and organising events (from local internal to international external)
* Creating, implementing and managing the Alumni and CSR programme
* Managing media and PR contacts and utilizing the International business report findings
* Redeveloping the HR communication strategy.

Requirements

* Graduate calibre
* Minimum 4 years experience in Marketing and Business Development ideally in professional services, legal or oil/gas environment.
* Strong English both written & spoken
* Must be able to build & manage relationships with senior stakeholders and PR agencies,
* Must be proactive, able to work autonomously and have a good understanding of BD best practise within a professional services environment
