Master Technician - Trucks & Buses - FAMCO - Oman

The position is responsible for accurate diagnosis based on symptoms and fault codes from vehicles and to carry out effective repairs on vehicles and equipments, thereby providing complete customer satisfaction with a high level of 'first time fix.' It ensures that the work is completed within the time and costs and that emergency calls are attended to within the prescribed time limits. The position also recommends preventive maintenance and repair solutions to maximize machine uptime and reduce risk of breakdown.

The position will be aware of the Health & Safety and environmental impact of tasks performed, and will adhere to all necessary safe working practices, guidelines and manuals. The company's development and success has been based on an in-depth understanding of customer needs and the dedication of its skilled staff. The position will maintain the Brand image by offering quick, best service support in a cost effective manner by sustaining CSI.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an ITI or Diploma in Electrical holder with minimum 8 years of relevant experience working on modern, complex vehicles / equipments. You will be able to analyse and learn automotive technology concepts and will also be able to interpret electrical wiring diagrams and perform electrical trouble shooting and repairs.

You will be customer focused, a good team player, self-motivated with good communication skills.
