Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client a corporate multinational that is based in Muscat Oman we are looking to recruit a Office Services Supervisor.

Reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible for providing full HR administrative support to the Muscat office with guidance from the Head of HR, be first point of contact for all HR operational staff queries, advising on standard policy and procedure enquiries, provide support to PRO's when liaising with external agencies and government departments, placing adverts on relevant job boards, general administration, coordinate new joiners and involvement in ad hoc projects as and when required.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be a resident of Oman, be fluent in all areas of English and have a minimum of 3 years similar experience within a multinational company, be a good team player with attention to details and flexible with regards to working hours.
