Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Prepare, Prioritize, schedule, assign, and execute all facilities maintenance activities.
- Supervise diversified service tasks, involving coordinating work performed in separate locations.
- Conduct and record daily Tool Box Meetings with the Service Contractors, identifying Task Risks associated to any maintenance activities.
- Assist in the preparation of Scope of Work for service contracts.
- Monitor the work performance of Service Contractors.
- Prepare, schedule and conduct walkthrough/inspections on Orpic premises.
- Ensure high quality, and adequate services are provided to all Orpic premises
- Receive weekly reports from contractors on performed work, consumed material, any other service related issues.
- Prepare weekly reports to Specialist-Admin on all major work activities and service performed.
- Prepare/update Admin Service assets list, such as furniture, major stationary items, display material, etc.
- assign, review and asses the work of subordinates

Requirements

- Degree holder in any discipline (Administration is an advantage).
- English language skills, Spoken and writing.
- Computer skills, Microsoft Word, xls, Power point.
- Supervisory Skills.
- Communication skills, verbal and listening.

- Analytical and problem Solving
- Report Writing Skills
- SAP Skills, Creating/Closing Notifications, Raising PR, etc.
