Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Ensure the accuracy of opening account data entered in FINACLE by maker.
- Follow up with branches for rejected AOF and send daily rejection report to the concerned.
- Ensure that all opening account requirements and source documents as per as IMO are available.
- Check and verify all scanned documents.
- Ensure that all mandatory information’s are available in the account opening form.
- Ensure all amendments on the existing accounts are reflected in the core banking system.
- Supervise opening account team and the revision and checking of related reports.
- Ensure all new accounts opened are update in FINACLE before end of the dame day.
- Review of Balancing Certificate.
- Verify signatures Capture of corporate accounts.
- Ensure handling any other assignments given by COD management.
- Revision of COD Balancing certificate and the submission to Finance within deadline
- Review balancing certificate of Finance & Treasury back office and Investment back office.

Requirements

- Should have a Secondary School Certificate or a Diploma holder with a minimum of 4 year experience in a General Banking/Operations.
- Must be an Oman National.
- Ability to work independently and meet the deadline and target to the related field.
- Supervise corporate account opening team and ensure all accounts are opened properly and Signatures are updated.
- Monitor and Resolve cash differences at Teller, ATM/CDM
- Monitor and supervise daily Utility bill payment process.
- Monitor and supervise ONS daily settlement and Ensure that all charge back entries are properly accounted.
- Must possess effective communication and listening skills with strong oral and written presentation skills.
- Should be self-motivated, initiative, innovative and dynamic.
