Job description / Role
A leading Landscape Contractor is seeking an Operations Manager to be based in Muscat, Oman.
This role will report to the General Manager and the person will be responsible for completion of all projects on time and to budget. Including managing engineering works, procurement, constructions, contracts, etc.
You will manage and lead your team to ensure effective implementation.
Requirements
- B.Tech in Civil or Agriculture Engineering.
- Twelve (12 - 15 years) of work experience with a minimum of three (3 years) as Sr. Projects Manager or Construction Manager/Operations Manager.
- Middle East experience. Oman experience will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills
- Leadership quality in managing staff at multiple projects in various stage.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with Sub contractors, Clients, Consultants etc.
- Should be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in external landscape work will be an advantage.
- Hold an Oman Driving License
