Operations Manager - Contractor

Job description / Role

Our client, a main Contractor based in Oman, are looking for a Construction Operations Manager to join their team. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the project schedule, organising, planning and managing resources to complete a project on time and within budget.

This role is suitable for someone who has solid experience planning and coordinating the operations of an organization and is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the department.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Must have at least 15 years working in the Construction Industry and at least 5 years working in the Middle East preferably with a contractor.                             
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong understanding of Quality and HSE.
- Excellent communication and fluency in English.
