Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Manage the Salah On Trade customers responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve key annual business objectives and plans, this will be reporting to the General Manager.

To develop the Salah retail business in order to achieve budgeted contribution and to make OUA the preferred destinations for retail liquor customers, this will be reporting to the Retail Manager.

- Implement strategies, objectives and tactics which proactively support the achievement of annual and longer term business objectives, working collaboratively with the OUA General Manager, Retail Manager and Country Manager – Sirocco
- To ensure Key Account Plans are in place at all accounts over stipulated liquor revenue, and sales strategies implemented to maximize product sales and achieve volumes and margins.
- To develop SMART objectives at account level driving incremental profit for the organization
- Keep abreast with competitor products, promotions, category and customer share to anticipate any market developments and communicate within the Liquor Business Unit.
- To provide accurate forecasts for all key product lines, by On Trade customer and retail shop, to avoid out-of-stock scenarios

Requirements

- To achieve key brand volumes, objectives, strategies set and communicated on a quarterly basis
- To implement and execute an outlet journey plan to maximize product sales, achieve revenue, volumes and margins to exceed profitability of outlet
- Lead and motivate a high quality team by developing and implementing performance objectives, mentoring and ensuring that individual performance development plans are achieved
- Achieve and maximize budgeted sales by improving standards in shop layout, merchandising, promotion effectiveness and customer service standards thereby delivering higher numbers of customer visits and increased average spend in shops
- Contribute in developing marketing plans and merchandising programs ensure effective implementation to deliver competitive advantage leading to increased market share
- Management of all store operational issues, to include logistics, legal, warehousing, inventory, merchandising, pricing changes, administration and team management to perform maintenance, delivery and installation work at customer sites
- Initiate events taking ownership in the planning, execution and logistics of all events working with the OUA and Sirocco Teams
- Manage financial transactions store revenue, daily banking, invoicing, purchase orders
