Planning Engineer

Job description / Role

• Provide overall project schedule, progress measurement and change management expertise.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Provide field level planning support for Site construction.
• Review Subcontractor's schedule with respect to adequacy of manpower, weekly & monthly progress, available material.
• Develop and review schedule corrective actions and recovery plans and verify needed actions/plans.
• Ensure that contractor scheduling practices and progress measurement system comply with project coordination procedures.
• Review & evaluate the Subcontractors EOT.

Requirements

• B.E. Mechanical / B.E. Civil Engineer with 5 Years of experience.
• Must have working experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Well versed with Primevera P6 (minimum 5 years).
• With at least 2 EPC project experience.
• Should have over all knowledge of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation.
• Excellent communication skills in English language (written and spoken) with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Required a candidate that can join immediately and willing to work in Duqm, Oman.
